We don’t charge you anything for this process. We don’t have any fees or commissions or any other costs that you will have to pay.

Due to the restrictions put in place by your listing agreement, and various fees and commissions that would need paid, we are only able to purchase homes that you are selling directly. 

Absolutely not! Filling out our form is simply an inquiry with us, and will be used for the purpose of deciding whether your home is a good fit for Mak Rentals, and for making you an offer. You are still in control of what you do with your property.

You are under NO obligation to sell your home, and you have the complete ability to accept or reject our offer. 

We understand that some sellers might be in a situation where their next home purchase is contingent on the money from their previous home sale. We are willing to work with sellers who are in this situation, and in some cases, we can allow you to remain in your home until you have the cash from our purchase. 

We do not require for you to clean your home before moving out. We will handle any cleaning or upkeep that is needed once we have purchased the home. 

In addition, if there are items you just can’t take with you or remove from the home, that’s ok. We will take care of removing those items for you. Our goal is to make the sale and moving process as easy as possible for you!

We are open to buying any type of home, regardless of condition. We buy homes of all sizes as well.

In general, the sale will be done on an ‘as-is’ basis, and you won’t need to do any repairs or improvements before the sale. 

There are a variety of factors that go into our offer. We believe in making offers that are fair for both sides. 

When making an offer, we take into account the current market conditions, repair and renovation costs, property condition, comparisons with similar properties in the area, and more. 

If we plan to re-sell the home (as opposed to renting the home out), we also take into account any maintenance or costs we may incur during the renovation time until the home is sold. These fees can include things like HOA fees, insurance costs, realtor fees and commissions from our re-sale of the home, etc.

It all starts by filling out the form on this page. This doesn’t create any obligation on your part. We will then contact you and discuss your home, including features, location, any requests you might have, and other details. 

Depending on the home, we will either make you a fair cash offer right there during our call, or schedule a visit to the property so we can gather additional info, where we will then make our offer. 

And that’s about it. The process is simple, and we don’t believe in adding extra complexity or surprises. 

In general, our offers will be below market value, but our goal is to come up with a fair price for both sides. 

We are looking to make some profit if we are to resell the home. In addition, since we handle all repairs and updates needed, we have to account for those costs. 

But this also benefits the seller if they are looking to get a fair cash offer, avoid all the closing delays, and get through the process quickly. There is little to no work involved on your end, and no need for negotiations or waiting for financing.
